I keep giving this place chances to possibly get better customer service but they prove me wrong every time. My fiancé & I... walked in to this place, with only 3 guests seated inside. We waited at the door for about 10 minutes for someone to eithergreet us or take us to a table. Once we realized no hostess was coming to seat us we attempted to seat ourselves. Once thathappened someone came out and gave us a seat. We sat there for some time, while the person who seated us sat at the bar with herhead down. No one asked what we wanted to drink or if we even wanted to order anything. We ended up leaving and walking over tobamboo walk, which we received great service & food. Had dinner with a friend, Order two oxtail dinner and four rum punches. Bill came up to $130.00 when I viewed it but when I... reached home I realized I was charged $156.00 an additional charge for escovitch fish and vegetables that I never ordered. Triedcontacting them, they don't answer phones, bottom line very shady place. Be very vigilant regarding charges beforeexiting. After an investigation I received my money back after getting my credit card company involved because no one answersthe phone there. The only agenda I had was to have a good time like any other customer, your reply is just as shady as theservice. You can probably educate yourself on better business practices. Read more
