Got bad experience with them. Ordered my cookies and milk Friday night around 12 o?clock, got delivered around 1am. Cookies was... crashed in the box and they didn?t bring my milk. When I called them, the person on the phone were very mean, also I heard otherpeople there making comments and laughing. So unprofessional! For a regular Insomnia Cookie, the price is about $4.00 per cookie. It is a nice size cookie, so it is worth the price. They do... have mini cookies available too for about $2.25. Who doesn't like these cookies? I dropped into this location with my mom because she had never been to this one. We got a few... cookies, and they were great. The location had a few people come in and out to purchase something, but the whole experience wasin and out. The staff was friendly, and the location was visibly clean. The only thing that I can think of that was differentwas that all the cookies were not in the display, only the 2 different kinds of red velvet cookies. If you want to be gaslit by a cookie store, then this Insomnia location is for you! Placed a (quite expensive) order for a... 12-pack box of cookies and 2 Cookie-wiches. When they finally arrived, the only things delivered were two mere containers offrosting. Though we all know Insomnia COOKIES is known for their frosting, I have to say we certainly wanted the large amount ofcookies that we paid for. So, we called the store, and upon doing so, were informed that there was ?no record? of the order,despite ordering directly from Insomnia and being able to provide the name, the address, and the tracking and order numbers. Iquestioned the employee as to how they could have no recollection of this considering how one of their employees made the trekto my apartment with the frosting, but I could not seem to get a straight answer. I assumed there must be a box of cookies withmy name on it sitting at the store that perhaps the driver forgot, but when I offered this explanation, I was again told thatthere was no record. Whether or not the employees were extremely high, had eaten the cookies, or both, I was unsure of, but Iwas certain that they were entirely unhelpful and rather rude given the situation. Due to their unwillingness to handle thesituation, I had to call customer service, where a very kind woman resent my cookie order to be delivered again.
