This review is to remind me NOT to order sushi or rolls from Ikura Sushi in the future. I immediately was able to tell the fish... was not fresh and possibly not properly refrigerated. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and could not complain to managementdirectly. Hopefully this review will help others to avoid disappointing meal and maybe Ikura Sushi to greatly improve thequality of their food. But for now I recommend buy elsewhere. Read more
I order food ask then to put me hot sauce and they charge me $1 for that small container crooks Never a Japanese restaurant... charge me for the hot sauce when I order food that is not good and they get mad when I complain is not about the dollar ???? isabout the action when they get mad ???????????? I give this a one star as of NOW because of the following: long story short I’ve ordered from this place for two years almost... every single week because I loved their food so much. Within this year, my order has been getting messed up almost every week Iordered. I’ve been extremely patient, something was forgotten. (Soda, Paid sauces, one sushi order, utensils) It got to apoint where before I ended my phone call with them, I ask them to please remember everything. Today was my breaking point. Ionly have 30 minutes of lunch, so I am always sure to order just as they open. (Since, it takes more than an hour just for myfood to come here from 12 minutes away) Once again, they forgot my soda (I have no beverage here and obviously going to thestore will kill my time) so I try to call them so they can fix their mistake. They will NEVER answer your phone call once theysee the number calling. EVER. I have pages of evidence of how many times I’ve tried to call them and not just from today. So,what did I do today? I had to pay an entire Lyft cab just to go and pick up my drink that I PAID FOR and upon entering a girlwith short hair and piercings gives me an attitude and says “we didn’t need your business anyway” when I had asked them todelete my information from their system because I was done going there. (I gave zero attitude and said please before anything.)Really classy and professional guys, from someone who ALWAYS tips $4-$5 with EVERY order I’ve placed out of respect of serviceand that’s how I get treated? This is the lowest quality bubble tea I've ever had. Definitely not tasty and not worth $5.

The first time I ever ate sushi I got it at Ikura Sushi. I lived near it and ordered all the time. It made me love sushi. I... don’t live in nyc anymore and I have Ikura’s sushi on my mind all the time. It is also pretty cheap compared to otherplaces. I would recommend this place even to my enemies. Read more
