This place is a mess. Had to send a plate back for being wrong and the new one was still wrong even though charged extra for... modifications. Charged for the wrong drinks. Slow service even though there were only a handful of other tables. Too priceyfor what you get. Read more
Iam a regular at this ihop and this day was the worst worst service from this server name KENESHIA very rude I ask for stuff... that was needed not once but twice and she didn?t even look at me and ignore me and got mad about it. Everything that supposedto set in the table wasn?t even there. The sad part is that my kids even saw this behavior from her. Iam a server my self and Iknow this is not the way to treat customers. Today went to ihop on Flushing Ave & Broadway. 1st when we got there they picked the dirtiest uncleaned table in a crowd with... covid still going around. I asked to be placed somewhere we can social distance and we're a clean table was. With no problem wewas sat in another section. Now time to order. Our waitress comes up to us and asked our order. We gave it & I requested awater with a slice of lemon ????. She drought me a lemon that was mushie and no good. I asked if I could have a fresh 1 and thewaitress said that's all we have. So I declined the lemon. She snatched it off the table and as she walked away said " you needto fix your attitude ". I was shocked ???? and I said excuse me what did you say? She basically ran ??????????? off and did notwait on us the while visit. When she returned the check she walked off I asked her again & she ran ??????????? off. So I spokewith the manager. The lemons were spoiled and my husband food was drenched in greases he couldn't even eat it. I will neverreturn. Food & Service and cleanliness all bad. Read more

The restaurant was spacious and clean. The staff was attentive, respectful, and friendly. The food was served fresh, good... temperature, good portions, and delicious! So glad it didn't disappoint. Came here with my son as a way to spend time togetherand it was great. I'll be coming here again more often. The only complain I have is the music. There should be more variation ofgenres. Read more
This place use to be good. Not anymore. The food wasn?t horrible and Genesis was a great server. But there was no effort in the... cooking. The cook messed up on my eggs and when we turned them back to get them done over they came out the same way. Alsogenesis was the only server there working hard you can tell there is a bad leadership at this establishment. If you see someoneworking hard alone and your a manager at least get up and help her. There was 2 employees just sitting at a table eating eminemsand singing to the music the whole time. If there is no break room at least dont show that your not gonna do anything go to theback or something out of sight out of mind. Or get up and help the server. We were sitting a long time before the server couldactually get to us. The owner should actually think of selling this place to someone who will put more effort into theirbusiness. I had better omelets. I can't say for sure if it was powered eggs, liquid eggs or real eggs but there was something missing... from the omelet. I was not happy after spending over $25 dollars. Maybe it was the time it took for them delivery. I amwilling to test the location again but I'll pick up the order for myself. Read more
