I would like to start by saying that it's located at the prime location with so many stores in the mall. There was definitely... almost 2 hours of wait before we could get in due to so many people present there. After we got in, the food started coming inin a very organized and smooth way. The food was so delicious and the server was so nice to us. I would highly recommend thisplace if you are around the area. Read more
I have been coming to this establishment for many years. Upon arriving at the location, it was crowded which I didnt expect... because the weather was a little bad. The wait time was anticipated for 1/2 hour and they were right. The waitress was great,and she accommodated myself and my kids well. She followed up with us periodically and for the most part the order was exactlyhow we ordered. My daughter asked for well-done eggs and it really was just lightly scrambled. Overall, the service was great,everyone was friendly and the food came in a timely fashion even with the crowd. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5stars was because there were a few flies hovering over the food and that for me was no good. Also, the window seats wereexcessively drafty. The place seemed clean from what I saw but those flies must go as soon as possible. Read more
Only 2 workers serving everybody. We sat there waiting for someone to take our orders but they never came. This place needs more... workers it?s hard for 2 person serving numerous people. Poor customer Service. Needs better management. Read more

ordered pancakes and 2 egg breakfast. Ordered a bowl asked for no cheese. came with cheese. Tried to call to tell them I am... coming back. Recording says they are busy and I should call back. I get here there are 2 people here. That's it. I asked whatsup. he says after a certain time the phones shut off. Huh??? Whats the deal with that. But the staff is great food is good. This is forever a breakfast destination place in Brooklyn; a staple in Brooklyn; a classic that never gets old. They do require... all parties to show proof of vaccination for in-door dining; masks are mandatory. The service was great.
