The Hadramout now is nothing like before. The food is bland, any entree you order they give you a big plate of rice (which also... lacks flavor) but very little meat, 1-2 pieces of lamb or chicken at most. I'll keep it short and sweet. If you want to learn the art of hospitality then, you have to experience this restaurants service.... The wait staff here is hard working. When you place your order make sure you know that you will want to go home with extra foodbecause it's so delicious! =) This place is part of New York City history. Love the food here. It?s not certified halal but the owner will tell you exactly where he buys the meat from and it?s halal... authenticity. The tastes are great, the lamb haneeth, lamb fahsa delicious!! The appetizers are also really good. The vibe ofthe place is always cool as well. Stays open late as well. Read more

Food was really good. I could have skipped the eggs on the beans , the hummus is better with the beans. I got real lamb with the... rice which was good. A nice hibiscus drink to compliment the flavor of the food. Read more
