Delicious food, consistently good, and the staff is very friendly. What prompted me to a write a review is the thoughtful... takeout order. It felt really good when I opened the bag at home and I saw that they included their delicious bread and whitebeans. The small things matter! The brunch menu is quite extensive and has way more than eggs and toast. I'm always pleased andsurprised by its quality, so I recommend it effusively. Read more

Excellent neighborhood spot. We started with bruschetta and roasted eggplant. The eggplant was delicious. Then I had rigatoni... ragu. It's a fairly simple dish (as are most things on the menu), but the pasta was cooked perfectly and it tasted great. Itasted the carbonara and thought it was delicious too. For dessert we shared the molten cake and panna cotta. Both were greatbut the panna cotta was a standout. Service was friendly and professional. Back patio was cozy, quiet, and charming. There aremany other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood I have yet to try, but I will definitely return here at some point. Read more

We sat in the garden area. It felt cozy, but spacious enough. The food was absolutely incredible. They are really striving for... authenticity and simple but delicious dishes. Service was excellent and quick. We had 4 different pasta dishes and the favoriteswere the carbonara and the spaghetti limone. I also had a great martini. Will definitely be returning for special occasions! Read more

Stumbled upon this Italian restaurant. Very nice selection of pastas with several all featuring their homemade pasta. Received a... complementary focaccia bread and chickpea dip which was very tasty and the rosemary really stood out. The starter or mushroombruschetta was very nice, mushrooms needed literally a minute longer cooking but they were still nice. The main course came outwhile I was still eating my starter which was unexpected and bad restaurant etiquette. Mains should only be released oncestarters are cleared. My main was very nice, pasta cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was rich, plenty of it and eggplant(aubergine) was melt in the mouth. Nice atmosphere with very attentive hosts sometimes a little too much but that's a personalpreference. Music was down low allowing for conversation and lighting was subdued for a nice romantic atmosphere. I would behappy to return here and try more of their dishes Read more

Best dinner experience I had in NY. Laid back, comfortable, treated us like family. Dinner was delicious, great wine selection,... dessert was awesome. Our waiter Ricky was possibly the nicest human I've met. Had great recommendations around Brooklyn. If I'mever back in Brooklyn I'll make sure to come back here. Read more

Solid Italian spot with a Brooklyn flair. The outdoor patio is heated in the winter and more spacious than jnside. Cacio Pepe... was good, but the parpadelle bolognese was great! Read more

Located in heart of Brooklyn, it is one of the neighborhood classics. The people who come here have known about the stop for... ages and keep it close to their heart. The staff was very courteous; ambiance was musky/rustic in a good way showcasing how oldBrooklyn really is and the charm that comes with having aged so well! My host told me the restaurant used to serve the mob atone point in time, which I had no trouble believing because the meat tasted fabulous! Read more
