One of the most disgusting experiences I've had at a restaurant. I came to dine with my family. The first thing I did was use... the bathroom. It was genuinely horrifying. There were two faucets for washing your hands. One was completely broken, and thehandle was missing. It could not be turned on. The other was broken, and the handle was stuck. It was permanently on, and thesetting could not be adjusted. It was just leaking water in an uncontrolled manner, splashing everywhere. And to top it all off,the soap dispenser was broken. Not only did it not dispense soap, but it was hanging loosely from the wall and about to falloff. After leaving the bathroom, I intended to leave with my family to find a better restaurant with any hygiene standards atall. But to my dismay, they had already grabbed plates of food. It would have been rude to make a scene to leave the restaurantafter we already grabbed food. If these were the stages of grief, I was now at the bargaining phase. I thought, the food can'tbe all terrible. After all, I saw a decent amount of customers at the restaurant. I accepted the inevitability of food poisoningeating here. But I shall eat my fill and accept this experience for what it is. But I could not. The food was unbearable. Thesushi was warm when it should be cold. You could taste the staleness of the salmon. And pasted above the salmon section was adisclaimer from the restaurant, a warning that their fish may cause illness and poisoning. How reassuring. The hibachi also usedstale ingredients. And the dining experience, aside from the food, was awful. The utensils provided were dirty and stained, asif not properly washed. It was 93 degrees outside, a very warm day, and the restaurant couldn't be bothered to turn up the airconditioning. Everyone inside was sweating. Do not go here I repeat do not go here. There food is disgusting and undercooked. The staff is very rude. The bathroom is... disgusting and reaks of urine. In photo the undercooked pork inside of the dumplings. Their ice cream machine is broken so don?ttake your kids here if they love all you can eat buffets for the ice cream. The manager does not care about customers. They ruinmy daughters graduation experience. Go to Seaport buffet on emmons Ave you will not be disappointed. We had a very good time here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful . We had a group of 15 persons and they seated us at... the right place. We were allowed to take our own cake, Table cover etc for a celebration. The food was hot and fresh. Thevariety! Just wow! Everyone enjoyed themselves. I?m going back soon. I recommend you try it! never fails to impress me. there grill is amazingggggg. they have a wide variety of foods that u can choose and eat. you can eat... however much you want to eat and sit at your table for a maximum of 2 hours. the only con i have is there dessert its always thesame and sometimes a little cold since its been sitting there for a while. I had the most horrible experience at this place.I been here b4 Covid it was amazing fresh food.Now the food is dried out not... fresh and bad I had to tell the lady to change the chicken in the habachi section because it was spoiled looking and had a badafter taste I don?t kno wats goin on with this place but it used to be something good but it has fallen off don?t think I?mcoming back????????and now crab legs is only available on holidays very upset with this place don?t recommend anyone to go here. Foods good but the customer service is annoying, they don't even allowed you to finish your food before hovering over you trying... to take your plate. They watch you real hard in this place and ask if everythings okay a few times to try to rush you out theplace. Be aware that you can only stay for two hours anything over they will try to charge you double then call the cops if youdon't pay the double bill. Love the food and they have a great selection but the bad customer service takes away from the overall experience. Read more
