My go to burger place in the area due to consistency and the fact their cajun fries can't really be beat by a certain burger... joint that serves their food from a shack. However, they do mess up your order sometimes, in particular the burgers seeming tobe "swapped" with another customers. It's not exactly easy to check if your burger is correct since it's buried underneath themountain of fries and in a tin foil casing, so if you get food to go you may not find out until you to wherever you are going.Would hope that this doesn't happen but it does at this location. The place itself is clean enough and it's your typical fiveguys. They rarely have the malt vinegar out for some reason. Read more
No different to any other five guys. Food was ok. Chips were much to salty for me. Milkshake was nice but it's out of a packet... so can't really go wrong. If you like five guys then this will tick your box; however, there's nicer eateries in the local area. Read more
Both of my kids have had issues with the staff at this location. On one occasion my son placed an order on the app during his... school lunch period. When he got to the restaurant he had to wait 40 min for his order even after repeatedly asking for it.Customers who had ordered after him were being given their order before him. On another visit, my younger son came into thestore and waited patiently at the register while the staff were talking to each other. He tried to get their attention, theylooked at him, laughed and continued their conversation. We order from Five Guys weekly in our neighborhood so it's reallyfrustrating to hear they are receiving this type of service at this location. Read more
The space needs to be seriously cleaned and furniture put in place. The food tastes good (looks awfull!) but it's delivered in a... greasy paper bag by a guy using blue rubber gloves, after shouting your name very loud. You have better places to pay more than20 dollares for an hamburger! You need to visit the same store in Dubai Mall to see how the same brand knows how to respecttheir customers! Read more
I had been to this location several times in the past. Today was the worst experience ever. When we walked in, there was no one... at the cash register, finally the cashier gets there with an attitude no less. So I put my order in. When I got my oreomilkshake which I love, the cup it was served in was dirty on the out side. Can't imagine what the inside looked like. When Ireceived the burger and fries they were both burnt and dry not to mention the bun was hard. So naturally I asked for freshfries. They were ready really fast but came burnt again and salty When I brought the issue to the manager she absolutely deniedthe fact that the food was old. I did get a refund for the fries though. Definitely not the cheapest fast food, but for the extra bucks you get burgers and fries that are amazing compared to other fast... food chains. The service is a bit slow, but worth the waiting, and the guy at the cashier gave me a free cup (Thank you!). Iloved the interior design of the place and also loved to watch how they made our burgers. I spent about $15, but was so worthit. Read more
Their food is delicious, but for some reason does not mesh well with my stomach. But I still eat here some Fridays. Great... service overall. A little on the pricey side but when it come it comes to food I have no limit. Read more
