Started off as a bad experience but the amazing Managers rectified the whole situation. First time ordering a delivery order... from the Five Guys app around 5pm. Around 6pm I called the store asking about my order. Was told my order was sitting therefor 30 mins waiting to be picked up. My brother stopped by and picked up the order. Fries came and were not fully cooked andmilkshake was missing. Called the store and spoke to a manager that was very apologetic because this shouldn?t have happened ashe was training new staff. He offered to fix my ordered but I still had to go back to pick it up. While this was happening, Ileft a compliant on the app and another manager called me within minutes. He was so very apologetic as well. He asked for myorder number, called the store and had them re-created my whole order, along with a gift card for my inconvenience. This was my first time at this location, I ate at Shore Pkwy . The restaurant was clean, all the staff was so pleasant. I will... assume the gentleman with the black shirt was the manager who was very pleasant as well. I brought my food home and everythingwas freshly put together. I would definitely go there again. The cashier was patient and pleasant. He took my order quickly and promptly went to work. I thought that I would be a while... seeing how busy they were but I was pleasantly surprised how fast my number was called. Really enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger andI was given enough fries to feed an army. Good food and fairly reasonable prices. Read more
We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 bacon cheeseburgers, but all these are the same without bacon. When we asked, they gave us back... a box of bacon. Good milkshakes but not cheap for $5.99. Read more
I enjoyed my food the fries could of been cooked a little longer but the food was good. However I was inspired to write this... review because of the amazing service I received today by tanieka.
