Started off as a bad experience but the amazing Managers rectified the whole situation. First time ordering a delivery order... from the Five Guys app around 5pm. Around 6pm I called the store asking about my order. Was told my order was sitting therefor 30 mins waiting to be picked up. My brother stopped by and picked up the order. Fries came and were not fully cooked andmilkshake was missing. Called the store and spoke to a manager that was very apologetic because this shouldn?t have happened ashe was training new staff. He offered to fix my ordered but I still had to go back to pick it up. While this was happening, Ileft a compliant on the app and another manager called me within minutes. He was so very apologetic as well. He asked for myorder number, called the store and had them re-created my whole order, along with a gift card for my inconvenience.
