I went to Faun not knowing much and was delighted by the food and the ambience. Sitting outside next to the open street was very... relaxing. We went there for Saturday brunch with reservation. The restaurant was packed, and the garden was fully booked. The food came... understandably slowly since the restaurant was busy, all of the dishes were delicious. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits andthe little gem salad with added blackened shrimp. Faun was a great vibey dinner for a friend and I catching up. The staff was really caring and professional. The food was a bit... different than some usual dishes I expected. The spaghetti was almost like a Caribbean ramen (in the best way lol). I reallyenjoyed the lobster bisque and mussels. Will def be back! Read more
I enjoyed my dinner at Faun, the food was well presented and the black squid pasta I had tasted delightful. I would say though... that they could have improved on the ambience, there was too many flies (it was summer) going in to the main dining area, I wishthey could have done something about it because I was flapping my hands most of the time while eating. Cannot give Faun enough stars!! My husband and I had our wedding and reception here in September and it was perfect. The food... was incredible — multiple guests said it was the best food they'd ever eaten at a wedding and one even said it was the bestmeal they have had! The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, flexible and friendly. When a guest unexpectedly neededa dietary accommodation, the staff seamlessly made sure she had a special dish made. The backyard was absolutely stunning andthe staff moved furniture multiple times to make the ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen without incident. I cannotrecommend Faun enough — whether for a once in a lifetime event or just a weeknight dinner. Read more
