Reviews for FalafaLafa in Brooklyn, NY
I have stopped by the store in normal working hours and the door was closed and they had the open sign i tried to knock on the... door and someone from the staff just waved that they are closed so unprofessional since i drove more than 40 minutes just to trythe place out as they have good reviews i think the lesson here is not to trust reviews all the time if the staff and the placeis unprofessional it will always be this way Read more

I never had a cold neon color falafel, spicy fries was super salty. We got falafel large platers, came with 2 cold pita bread,... asked the guy at counter to heat the bread , he said we have no equipment to heat the bread in any shape or form. Sodisappointed, falafel had no taste whatsoever. Look around before you drive there Read more

One of the best falafels I?ve ever tasted. Small location with limited seating inside, & a few table & chairs out front. Fresh... ingredients, accompanied by a clean workstation I made my order as soon as the store had opened it?s doors, and nothing tastedlike it had been sitting there from the day before. The spicy carrots are a must. Great staff, very clean store, all food ishandled with gloves. Read more
There are suspicions that they are stealing your credit card information right in front of your eyes. Also, there is still a lot... of opacity with these guys. We will find out. Today I Stopped by at 5pm to eat after work. The seller told me to pay $17. Iasked him if I can pay by Apple Pay, he replied that, "this function does not work". Then I asked him if I could remotely scanmy card, he also answered "this function does not work" I gave him a debit card and he immediately began to scan with his phoneand began to enter the CSC code that is on the back of the card. I couldn't stop him because it was too late. I asked why notslide or or how do all the stores take payments? "this function does not work". I was shocked, I have never seen such a thing, without the permission of the buyer to take pictures or scan a card. Then I asked the resit, to which he replied that give meyour phone number and I will send you the resit. I kept wondering about it. But, despite the fact that the food was meager andcold, I left a dollar tip. The most interesting thing is that I just went to my online account and saw that this young Foxdeducted $18.51 from me instead of $17. Then my patience snapped and I decided to tell everyone how they cheat and plus, forsome reason, they scan the debit card on the phone. P.S. I interviewed 5 people, from a bank specialist and other specialists,if they met with such a payment system for "Falafel" and everyone was surprised and said that it definitely wassuspicious. Customer's response to owner's response Your answer completely contradicts your actions. Firstly, this is not acredit card, but a Debit and it is written on the card and you perfectly understood what kind of card it was. Secondly - you donot have the right to take money from the debit - this is theft. Thirdly, if you said $17, it means $17 and you don't need toimperceptibly charge more money, which is very low. Fourth, there are a lot of other Apple gadgets square pay and .... Read more
