Don?t recommend it, worst service in CH, the Mashguiach is almost never there, and when he is, he is rude, hang up the phone on... the customers, can?t answer even for the simplest questions and treats the customers like garbage. You can find a better serviceat Chocolatte, is 24h and is closer to the 770 on the same block. You?ll thank me latter. Read more
I tried their Falafel Laffa and it was amazing. The falafel was so authentic and the entire dish felt so healthy. You could add... all kinds of toppings but I kept it simple with just some onions and hummus. Would definitely recommend this highly ratedIsraeli restaurant with vegetarian options in Crown Heights. I generally support good quality establishments and believe in nothing less than a 5 star review, but they didn?t even wrap up... my schwarma. They put the meat on, wrapped it in tinfoil, and before I took the first bite, I realized my laffa ( schwarma inbread) would need to be eaten like a salad. Did not like that it was not even cut. If I?m paying 19 dollars plus tax for asandwich, the very least you can do is cut it in half! Former enthusiast, but will likely go elsewhere for tasty schwarma. Read more
I use to like this place. But when I walked in tonight one of the guys working there was cutting the lettuce from it's stem and... I told him this is a kosher place and the lettuce needs to be checked and he told me it's checked. I am not an idiot I canclearly see it was not checked. It's one thing to make a mistake it's another thing to lie to your customers. I am never eatinghere again and anyone who wants to eat kosher I recommend them staying away from this place. I called the kosher central agencyin Crown Heights to complain. But if someone is lying about that, how do I know that they are not lying about other stuff. Read more
