The food was eh, ok. Took my parents for a quick bite before heading home. Ordered 2 encebollado and carne asada. Food was ok,... the service was the worst. No urgency. Had to ask 3x for napkins. Even we asked for refill of water, 1 glass was given to us(table of 3) and she had an attitude like I was out of line for asking for more water. Then when I asked for the check, shemotioned someone else to give it to me like she didn't want to deal with us. BTW, I'm Ecuadorian American, always want tosupport small businesses especially when they are in the neighborhood I am from... but this experience has been superdisappointing. Won't be there again. Stomach upset after encebollado Took almost 40 min and served cold, semi frozen shrimps and absolutly no flavor.. I ask for it... to be warmed up ,they put it on the microwave for a minute and still cold. Do not recommend. Ceviche is tasteless. A friendrecommended this place, but not as expected. Read more
Highly disappointed with the service. No urgency in service. They revamped and created an app to take in orders ? pick up or... delivery. GREAT IDEA. I ordered thru the app, a WHOLE 30-40 mins prior to arriving to encebollado de victor. After ordering itsaid it?s be ready in 25mins? ONLY TO ARRIVE @ encebollado de victor and HAVE THEM TELL ME ?yes I see your order, it?ll be15-20 mins?. What?s the use of the app then? Waste of my time Read more
Just order an ensabollao de pescado and a bollo to go, worst Ecudorian food I ate, no flavor and small portion of rice.
I was walking through the area and noticed this place so I went in and ordered the ceviche de camarónes and a encebollado de... pescado (fish soup). The soup was salty and the camarones were of those precooked frozen. I called the place and a lady answeredand when I asked about the shrimp she stood quiet and then after a few second she said she get from a guy that?s sells to them.I ate a few spoons and my stomach is upset. :( I will not be buying from this place again. $24 lost! Great people and great food. My new go to spot for empanadas. Will try their whole menu. Karaoke Friday and Sunday.
