Got a moldy muffin this morning and coffee that tasted pretty bad.
My bacon egg and cheese sandwich tasted like fish. Went back 10 mins later with the reciept and the sandwich with one bite... taken out trying to get my money back. They kept insisting i take donuts instead of my money back. I hate arguing with peopleso I took the donuts, and they were stale. What is going on at this location? I'd give this place 5 stars among Dunkin donuts that I've been to, but there are many other nearby cafes that are better. The... staff are friendly and the place is clean and I'm from Boston, so I am required to love DD though. Other places nearby havedonuts, but we always go here. Also the ice cream is a good deal compared to neighboring places. Read more
TERRIBLE. The restaurant was filthy, trash all over the place. Once we got to the counter we were told they were out of ice... cream that I was looking at in the freezer. I had to show the staff that the still had the flavor I asked for. Plus herattitude was pretty terrible. I don?t expect Dunkin to have Michelin star service but this was awful. Read more
