Awful place and rude customer service! I normally don?t leave bad reviews but the worker making sandwiches thought I wrongly... took an order from a newer customer that just came in. When I had come before the new customer to make an order, the worker wasyelling but once I showed my proof of receipt she calmed down. I have nothing to do with the way a customer and worker deal withan order, I just mind my business and eat my own stuff. I thought that they were good but honestly they deserve the low ratingother customers leave behind. I?ve also witness the register worker playfully put the customer change into the tip cup. And the one star is being GENEROUS. I always order a mobile order AT LEAST 20 mins before picking it up because it normally... takes them that long for ONE coffee, and it still never is ready when i get there. The staff is EXTREMELY rude, there neverseems to be a manager to speak to, and they move like the world is in slow motion. Read more
The Chinese guy that worked today 07/30 at 3:00pm was completely rude and did not get my order correct. I asked for a manager... and he stated that the manager was no where to be found. Never going back again. I?ll rather get my coffee at Starbucks atMyrtle Wycoff , at least I get better customer services there. Read more

The last few times, now that I order my coffee on the app several minutes in advance, I've had no complaints. But if you order... any other way, they are excessively slow. There is one girl who is very rude and who consistently makes drinks wrong. Read more

New, clean Dunkin Donuts just opened up. Everything you can expect from a regular Dunkin, but spick and span, and shiny too.... Some seating is available as well. No complaints here! Good and reliable service. Read more
