This establishment is the worse when it comes to customer service. One star is too much. Zero is the right choice. Went there... fir a simple coffee and donut and didn't get greeted or acknowledged. When I said I need to order. He said he's busy. No sorry ,no nothing.attitude problem too. Never again going there. Go to Food Mart which is just next door. Better service. Read more
First off. Management and corporate needs to do something about the way the store is ran. Always seems understaffed, and it?s... super hot. Middle of the summer and no air conditioning. Terrible for customers AND employees, I almost don?t blame them for howslow they are and the mistakes they make with orders. Staff is friendly in my experience, but seem unmotivated. The A.C is busted and it feels like a oven in there. On top of that you have ONE worker trying to get everything done with about... 5 or 6 hot customers waiting to order because hes making food and taking the orders by himself. DUNKIN DO BETTER. No one shouldwork a position of 2 or 3 people by themselves. No one should work in that amount of heat. ITS ABUSE ! Would give 5 stars forhis customer service but everything else NOT cool! Read more
I went here a few times before leaving a negative review. Several times I have gotten stale donuts?today it was a very stale,... very tough to chew, bagel twist. I think they serve day-old products to save money. For some reason, the register person saidshe would give me butter on the side as opposed to in my bagel?this is the only DD that, in my experience, has done this.Furthermore, I ordered a cold brew and got recycled coffee instead. The usual. Always a wait but great service!. I only buy a cup of decaf with cream and 1 pump of caramel. The parking here is... terrible because they share the same lot with a gas station which also rents out commercial parking. So it's a small lot with alot of goings in and out! Read more
I went to get coffee this morning and the manager was in there with no mask ! I spoke to the workers 2 times they she is... ordering food and I said if everyone has to have a mask so should she. She is taking in the phone meaning spit from her mouthwill land in the food and how is she touching food and containers with no gloves ! Do yourself a favor and do not eat fromthere. New guy at the register stepped away after taking my order. The machine suddenly spit out a receipt even though I hadn't paid. I... tried to be helpful and point this out rather than walking out with free food, but the loudmouth manager insisted over and overagain that I must have paid and don't know how tap to pay works. I left my entire order behind and walked out in disgust. Ofcourse no charge ever showed up on my card. Idiots. Not my first run in with rude staff. I'm never going back. Read more
Had to log into my google account and write this review. I got a large frozen hot chocolate and my mans finessed it with maximum... efficiency. A whole bunch of fudge syrup and an amazing frozen hot chocolate, waiting for me after a 5 minute timer I set. Somedude at the front threw a smile and gave me my drink and I?m sad I didn?t get to tell him how much I appreciate this experience. Read more
