The worst experience I?ve ever had at a coffee shop. I placed a mobile order at 5 pm, 2 hours before closing time. The order was... accepted and charged to my credit card. When I arrived 20 minutes later, the front door was locked. I saw a worker inside andgot their attention, but she ignored me. The hours posted outside the store clearly stated that the location was open until 7pm, and there was no other signage indicating an emergency or unexpected event resulting in the location closing early. I triedcalling the store twice but the worker did not pick up. She was on her personal cell phone. Two other customers came and triedto open the door while I was there, but found that it was locked. They also tried knocking but she shooed them away. There is noway to request a refund on the app. I was basically scammed. Do not come here. Read more

Made my order on the app, showed up 5 minutes later and my order isn't there... The only worker (female) who had no customers at... the time I showed up started making my order after I told her I made an order online. The purpose of making orders online is tograb and go, but this lady caused me to double park for almost 4 minutes waiting for my order. Read more

This Dunkin is the closest to my workplace and I go every now and again. Usually it's hit or miss but that's normal. Today... though it was so bad. My usual iced caramel macchiato tasted off and I thought maybe it's just me but as I kept drinking Inoticed it tasted like soap. I of course didn't finish it so basically wasted money.
