The employees who work here do not like to clean the seats or tables. You?ll find a table with crumbs all over it. When I asked... for them to clean it one of the employees acted as if she didn?t want to clean it. I will never understand how people come to ajob and want to get paid but don?t want to do the job. I walked in there again today and asked for something to wipe where I wassitting. She said they didn?t have any cleaning products today. How is that possible? When you walk into a white ownestablishment compared to black associates working there you can always tell the difference. ?And I am Black?. Do better! Read more

There's no order in this store, went here one time order to brown sugar cream ice coffee bacon fries an cossiuant bacon egg an... cheese. No only did the make the drink way to sweet, to the point their was a thick glob of syrup at the bottom, then telling usthere weren't any cossiuant. so we changed to a bagel, when watching the person attempting to mke the sandwich 3 time i saidthat could not be my sandwich. When it was handed to me the took it unpon themselves to completely change my sandwich to justegg an bagel, sorry burnt bagle. Then the staff that was cleaning the baskin robin side brought out cossiuant. First AND ONLYTIME VISTING . NO offense to the homeless, but there's a homeless women who was familiar with the employees sitting then walkingaroung asking for money making Obscene facial expressions of anger. New Male Associate on duty at midnight. Fast Efficient and CLEAN !!! Had 6 ppl in line and an online pick up.He was so... Efficient, no one waited long 1ST EVER !!! He had his gloves and mask, place was clean for the 1st time I have seen in a year.Felt safe to have a sandwich for the first time and not just coffee for the go !! Great Job Guy !!! This is a prime location as it?s close to a hospital and a school. But it?s always some issue every time you go here. First off... they always have people outside or inside the store itself begging and bothering the guest. A person nearly threw the cover ofthe garbage at me while I was in there. Ice cream flavors are limited. Last time I went I ordered two frozen matcha. It tookthem over five minutes to make them because?..they didn?t know how. I would have rather they told me that instead of making itall wrong. The First Lady that started making it stopped. When I asked about the drinks she said someone else is making it.Match is not a hard thing to make. The cashier had to come off the register to make it because the other associate didn?t knowhow to. Apparently she didn?t either because both drinks were just chunky ice with green color. While drinking I even sucked upa matcha ball, at least that what I think and hope it was. No flavor, no ice cream, no sweetener?nothing. Had to be one of theworse matchas I?ve ever tasted. I would not be visiting this location anytime soon. Read more
