This place is disgusting it was a big water bug where the donuts be at and the lady behind the counter killed it with a napkin... they did not take the donuts down or nothing didn't disinfect anything this place need to be shut down I will never go thereagain in my life I'M WARNING YOU THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AVOID THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS ON MYRTLE AND BROADWAY ??? they get the food right but mobile orders are impossible. I ordered 6 mins ahead of time on the app so I could catch the subway,... but they keep all mobile orders behind the counter, so you have to wait in line among several delivery drivers and othercustomers which kinda defeats the point of the mobile order. If they had one of those rapid pick-up areas I think it could helpa lot. Very nice staff though ???? Read more
This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts you can find , especially given the fact that it's randomly SO BUSY they still get your... order ready and get it right. The long lines are the only issue. Read more
This location is inconsistent. This morning, the orders were backed up and staff spent as much time shouting as they did... preparing food and drinks. Online orders are kept behind the counter instead of on the pickup shelf, so you have to wait for aworker to notice you and notice that many orders are sitting on the back counter. Read more
