This woman was sooo rude, I was literally speechless. I feel kind of lucky that I?ve never seen service like this before! the guy working solo on the sales floor (around 5:20-5:25) went to check to see if they had mini stuffed bagels. when he opens... the drawer a whole bunch falls on the flooor. he then grabs them and places it on the counter. and then puts them all back intothe drawer and leaves two out to heat up and hands it to me, thinking i didnt see it all happen. will be reporting to corporateand the ny state department of health Read more
The older lady taking customers orders is very rude. She talk with an attitude.. she got a customer's order wrong twice.when the... customer told her her order was wrong. This Dunkin is super convenient and quick but.... They're often out of stock of many items - but when you order via app, the... store cannot refund you have to deal with corporate. Additionally, their "cold brew" is disgusting (compared to every otherdunkin location). Once or twice , I've even noticed the staff pouring iced coffee into my cold brew order! Read more
