Staff doesn?t change gloves when handling money and then food and or drinks. I went in not too long ago and asked for an iced... coffee and noticed the server didn?t change their gloves, next couple of hours I come down with severe food poisoning and coffeetasted very very off and was extremely dark when i asked for a light and sweet, will not be returning. The service is pretty good depending on the day you go but what I really have an issue with is how they don't change gloves... in-between taking orders to touch money and then my food makes me really uncomfortable. From that I have to assume they don'tchange gloves often at all and I see them sweeping and picking things up from the floor. It's really just disgusting. Read more

I purchased 4 sandwiches and I asked for a cup of ice, she gave me the smallest cup she had . So when I was leaving, I asked... for another cup of ice.???????? So the next day I come in there, I don't really want a sandwich so I just asked for a cup of icethe lady whisper to another lady something in their language and then that lady comes over and tells me I cannot get anythingunless I purchase a donut or a sandwich. ???????? Let me start off by saying I usually have a pleasant warm welcome; from entering until I leave everyday before I go to work... with the Monday -Friday staff, but today was quit the opposite .This is my first time going on a weekend and I always order thesame thing and ask for jelly once my bagel is finish . Today I asked an older Indian women around her 40s and she just beganyelling you have to pay for jelly you don?t ask me tell the cashier. I explained I?ve been coming for 8months during the weekdays and I always get the same thing she still continue to yell at me and tell me I?m wrong a lot of customers where justlooking in shock; she was irate over me asking for a pack of jelly .after about five minutes pass of her yelling at me and otherstaff workers she gave me one pack and said next time you have to pay .I DONT WORK THERE SO I WOULDNT KNOW THIS IS A RULE THATDUNKIN DONUTS HAS ,She was extremely rude and unprofessional you should never under any circumstances lose your customer serviceskills and raise your voice in such a manner with a loyal customer.
