Update:10/30/2022 The store has much improved on their service and availability of items, they have not been out of specific... things in the last few months Constantly out of things that should be BASIC ordering, like any other type of milk besideswhole. The managers attitude STINKS! I don't drink coffee at all and ordered iced chai latte. I did notice my drink had whipped cream... but thought they just made the drink differently. Stepped outside and took a sip and it was coffee instead of the Chai latte.Went back in two seconds later and told the manager (who was not the one who took my order by the way) and he says Chai latte isnot 3 dollars. I said I'd pay the difference and he says "you ordered it and not me." Had a snide smirk on his face. Instead ofgoing further I said fine threw the drink in the garbage and walked out. I've been going to this DD for over 4 years now, really good service and friendly staff. For all you do, thank you.
Walked in and didn't get seen until I had too say something , floors are dirty and the staff smell like pure cigarettes ands... garbage, how do these people still have there jobs? On top of that there are Flys constantly landing on the donuts. Read more
