Let me say this: 1. The ladies at this store are wonderful! (just basic mannerisms is all I ever ask for) 2. They make my drink... and food perfect each time. ( iced coffee shouldn't be filled with ice) and the food should be hot with crisp bacon! 3. Donutsstay fresh! Most places you go, by 11 the donut isn't as good 4. It's so clean! ???? Majority of the staff are great! However why did I witness a robbery at the location while the boss was picking up his coffee,... he then left the location and the staff and drove away like nothing happened. He should have stayed with them until the copscame. Show some compassion! I told them all get a new job Read more

Service started out well when they first opened, but the service has been incredibly declining. Untrained staff, witnessing... arguments of staff behind the register. Lack of professionalism and efficiency overall. Do better , this level of service isunacceptable. Read more
It seems new. There was a very small selection of donuts when I went--a Thursday evening around 6:30 pm. I only saw two... employees at that time. The store was clean and well lit. There was no crowd when I went. Read more
