I want to tell about my unpleasant experience. I was at this location at about 1:30pm today and bought Matcha Latte. The lady... Indian type were serving me. I forgot to mention that I want hot drink and the lady didn?t ask me which I want. So she chargedme for the cold one that?s more expensive. When I realised they were making the cold one I said I want hot one, but this ladyinsisted that she asked me and I answered cold, which never happened. She didn?t even look at me, her eyes were down but she wasarguing. When I said I will write a bad review she came back to me and returned me 20 cents. I checked later in the app and thedifference was actually 50 cents. So be cautious about that. Read more
Ayesha is uncooperative and rough at handling orders. She just isn?t the right person for a good experience on the counter.... There?s no smile or any pleasant welcoming when entering the store. Some employees are great, that value their customers withthe best satisfaction..like Jahanzeib, Nighat, and Ali. Overall, the donuts and drinks are great (given from them 3 ????). Read more

I use to go-to that place ? time a day becose they have parking spaicr service not to greet but i never complain and never had... problem Have a lot of female employees and I don't know they're upset with me or what they put too much cream on my caramellatte and add whipped cream never ask for it so I stopped going to that place because it's not healthy for me Read more
Service... not the best. You'll need to speak loudly and very clear. If you don't specify about your sugars they will... automatically put like 10sugars! I do enjoy the ice cream section. Just also abit slow. Read more
