I want to tell about my unpleasant experience. I was at this location at about 1:30pm today and bought Matcha Latte. The lady... Indian type were serving me. I forgot to mention that I want hot drink and the lady didn?t ask me which I want. So she chargedme for the cold one that?s more expensive. When I realised they were making the cold one I said I want hot one, but this ladyinsisted that she asked me and I answered cold, which never happened. She didn?t even look at me, her eyes were down but she wasarguing. When I said I will write a bad review she came back to me and returned me 20 cents. Ayesha is uncooperative and rough at handling orders. She just isn?t the right person for a good experience on the counter.... There?s no smile or any pleasant welcoming when entering the store.
