Staff is very nice! They remember our order most times and greet us with a smile each time.
I've been there at 7:30am, 8:30am, 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am, etc... Each time regardless of the time of day there are only two... people behind the counter. The last time we were there, we waited about 15 minutes before our order was even taken AND overminutes 25 BEFORE we actually got our order. Thank God that I wasn't in a rush on my way to work! Not to mention that a coupleof times the order was wrong. This store is Just outside of a subway station and is a high traffic area. This store is Veryunderstaffed, which is unfortunate for the owner because of the number of people walking out. I do Not recommend this store eventhough the staff is pleasant and are trying to desperately keep up. Read more
The talk more than they can serve, But I go because it's on my way to work!! The Indian Woman is so rude, can't stand her. And... Dunkin's is my favorite, that's the only reason why I go nonetheless. Read more
In the past, this particular Dunkin' was far better in every aspect. Now, it's not that good. Once a few years ago, I was... ordering a glazed donut and I was watching the cashier getting the donuts like I usually would, and I noticed that the cashierhandled cash and then the donuts without changing his gloves. I immediately asked for a refund but he was in straight denial andtried claiming that he had changed his gloves when I clearly saw that he hadn't. He was also repeatedly refusing to give me arefund until other customers had stood up for me. After he gave me a refund reluctantly, I left and everybody else did too. Read more
The Bagels were stale and chewy. I ordered them to be warmed. I worked in a coffee shop before and the only time this ever... happened was when we didn?t let our frozen pastries thaw out completely and then put it in the oven to warm. Please make sure tothaw out your food properly and if you don?t have something it?s okay to say you are out. I rather you give me the option ofchoosing something you do have ready that I would enjoy than have to try to eat what would be a chew toy. Thank you for yourwork. You can do better than this. The coffee is okay. I can?t complain about the coffee. DD doesn?t have specialized coffees sohonestly it?s pretty good. Just clean your espresso machines thoroughly. It?s a world of a difference. This place has gotten my order wrong so many times it?s time for me to write a review. Today I ordered one beyond burger with... no cheese and no egg from the app. I went in and grab my food and left. I got home to find they gave me real sausagesandwich. I told the rep over the phone that this was bad cause if a person orders a beyond sandwich they clearly don?t eatmeat or wishes to not get meat at the time. Worst location I've ever been. Put in a pick up order. Get there to see there's no donut with my order. Had to wait 30 minutes... due to the long line. That's the whole point of a pick up order, right? To avoid waiting? Finally my turn. Dude has an attitude.If you can't work under pressure and still provide good customer service, get another job. Wrong sandwich (the dandwich Iordered cost more than the sandwich I got), hash browns had be from the previous day because it was nothing but crunch. I won'tbother again with this location. Read more
