Hey Y'all! Hope your day is going well! Mine is. Okay, so I was in NYC exploring and suddenly had a craving for a coffee... but... not just any coffee... a pumpkin spiced latte. Firstly, I can barely control myself with pumpkin spiced ANYTHING! And everyother commercial that I've seen in the past 8 hours is the the Dunkin' pumpkin spiced coffee flavors. Ya girl HAD to getone. For this location the Dunkin' Donuts is in Brooklyn, NY. It's located under a train station. It had a few panhandlerssitting right outside the door so I was a little anxious about that. This location is convenient for people traveling by train,riding bikes / scooters, or walking because its right on the corner. As I walked closer to the door one of them jumped up andopened the door for me (I nearly jumped out my skin because I did not know what to expect and it straddled me) and then held hiscup up for a tip. After going inside I noticed this Dunkin' Donuts is connected to a popular chicken chain (Popeye's Chicken).It's separated by a glass wall with a glass door. The staff at this location did not speak a lot of English so I had to point atthe picture of the coffee and breakfast sandwich I wanted. The Pumpkin Spiced Latte that I ordered was bitter and taste like nosweetener was added. Kinda killed my buzz. Read more

Not the best Dunkin? Donuts. The coffee is ok but does not taste sweet I have to ask for extra sugar every time I go in there.... It is full of homeless people coming in there all the time and the woman who has been there for years and not being put out forher craziness. The workers need to do something about them being in there begging for money from people. I prefer if thislocation was changed to a Starbucks where the coffee taste better and the bums are not hanging around annoying people for theirmoney every single day.???? Read more
I try not to post bad reviews but after multiple visits with bad service I feel like newcomers to the area should be warned.... They are slow. They will mess up your order. It doesn?t matter if you order through the app or in person you will have to waitfor even the most simple item. No exaggeration. Not going back to this one. Read more
At the corner of four way intersection, not the best parking, and somehow in same location as Popeyes. This was the first time I... was ever dissatisfied with a bagel, the bagels here are not good and not toasted properly by staff. They are like chewing onsomething that refuses to break down in your mouth. It takes a while to try and break it apart and it?s just not normal. Thestaff is very diverse and will find it difficult to communicate if a complex order. Not a lot of seating available so don?t tryto bring you and all your friends. Read more
