Very disrespectful customer service, i get to the cashier and the worker asked me "what do you want". They were talking and... laughing at me while they were making jokes about me at same time lookin up and down. They were speaking arabic and didnt evenundrstand that i understand arabic. Read more

I am a big fan of signature latte, but I am very saddened that when ordering through the application, it often turns out that... the ordered taste is not available or the coffee machine is being cleaned and you have to wait forty minutes. I have athree-month-old baby and I specially order coffee through the app so that I don't have to wait. And if there is no desiredtaste, the employees always offer something cheaper in return. This makes me very sad. I would not want to look for anotherestablishment, but it seems I will have to. Read more
