The service at this place is just ridiculously bad. They're slow beyond belief. They're rude. They're constantly missing items... they should have. They are very unrespectfull. Placed and order, paid and once they didnt have the item, they told me to call customer service for... the refund. I asked for the number and she says she doesnt have it and i need to research it myself.. Also the place is notclean at all... They robbed me and never got my money back. After discussions and discussions they found Hummus and made them.When i ger to work they hummus toasr was missing yhe tomatoes. Horrible service! Read more
this place is the worst branch for dunkin. their coffee is so disgusting and they never get the right order. The coffee is... ALWAYS old and nasty. The staff is very unprofessional and chaotic. I hope someone else takes over this place because itsruining Dunkin's reputation with their gross old coffee and terrible customer service. Read more
2 employees scheduled in a coffee crazed neighborhood. Waited 20 min with 3 customers ahead of me. I wanted to purchase a gift... card and after that long wait, was told they dont even sell them, despite pretty much every DD selling them. Just avoid and goon to the next closest location. Read more
This place has outdoor seating which is a huge plus. I stop here about once a week to sit outside. Other than the outdoor... seating it is a pretty standard experience. The employees were kind and courteous. If you on a budget and want to sit outside,check this place out! Read more
There is a lot of bad Dunkin?s in NYC but this one is hands down the worst one. Always under staffed, out of inventory, and... awful tasting coffee ( burnt almost every time). Don?t waste your time or money here. Read more
