I normally don?t go out of my way to leave a review, but my last interaction warranted one. I was the 3rd person in line and it... took the manager approximately 10 mins to ring the two up ahead of me. In that time I attempted to put in a mobile order but itdidn?t seem to go through. When I finally got to the register, I put in my order which was an iced americano, two cream twosugar. I went to pay and noticed on my phone that I was charged for the mobile order. I tell the guy(manager) who was taking myorder if he could look to see if it?s in the que as well as explaining what caused/happened. He finds it and says to me in asnide tone ?Next time ask me first before you place an order!?. I?m like it?s not that deep, it?s just coffee, and proceeds toargue with me while he has other customers on line still. I tell him look I?m not coming back. He said ?that?s fine, we?realways full.? I said ?at this rate not for long!? Eventually another customer who?s online said ?man you gon continue arguing oryou gonna come take our orders?!??and he continues going off. My advice to anyone that reads reviews before patronizing astore?this is a hard pass. Read more
Did a mobile order on three separate occasions since I go to the school up the block and on every single occasion the lady... working there has asked me what else do you want? at this point I might as well just be sitting in the restaurant 30 minutesbefore class when it?s getting packed and place my order then. probably still wouldn?t help because she?s done that on thesecond time that I ordered something there and I was literally sitting in the place. This is the slowest DD I've ever been to. They prioritize online orders over you in person. The guy at the register is very slow... all the time and isn't capable to handle the orders. Read more
I wanted a Decaf coffee and they ran out snd refused to make a fresh pot. She said we have regular and i said i?m not allowed... because of a heart problem. That didn?t matter. At 67 this is first for me. Will never go back to this store at 1617 Bedford Av,Brooklyn, NY. Read more
Appreciate the service I received and saw on Halloween. A couple of young teens came in and mumbled a few words while I was... perusing the menu. The gentleman behind the counter handed each a few wrapped munchkins and they left w/o paying. I asked whatit was about (wanted to know how to get in on the action ????). He said it's Halloween ????, they're trick-or-treating! It wasrefreshing to see a retailer treat our kids with dignity. Felt good doing business with him. Not a huge Donut fan, but myexperience gave me a reason to return. The store was smaller and clean. Read more

Man at the counter was very rude. I came in to purchase a large cup of ice.. Im 8 months pregnant and Love chewing on ice oll of... a sudden.. anyway. After I PAID for my large cup of ice..the man at the register... who im assuming is the manager ask me why ididnt buy ice from next door.. because he noticed i had purchased a soda from next door.. He proceeds to yell at my visibly pregnant self saying that this would be the last time he would sell me ice and feom today no more. Whattt the hell did i do.
