The customer service in this place is horrible . The cashiers are very rude . I went in there to get a coffee on Sunday morning... and the cashier willfully skip me to take the guy behind me because he was in FDNY T-shirt? . He told her I was before him , heeven insisted that yes she?s ahead of me but her exact words while using a hand gesture was ? it?s okay ? No it?s not okay !! Iwas here first . This Dunkin' location is always well organized and tidy when I visit. I usually order an iced beverage and it's made with care... and is always correct and yummy. The donuts are fresh and fluffy, no complaints there. It's a great location and I do suggestpaying a visit for a snack! Read more
