I hate to leave a bad review but I come here for breakfast quite often and the staff is not well trained they struggle with... communication and taking orders. Management needs to use downtime to train and get a strong leader behind the counter to turnthings around and get the staff on the same page. Customers frequently get upset here about the service I think this is urgentmatter. Looking forward to having better service and a more confident crew for my future visits. Read more

Order wasn?t complete 10 assorted munchkins and a croissant bacon egg and cheese also a a small chai latte it?s upsetting that... money was taken off a card for door dash and can?t get the items missing or refund of money . I tried calling no answer at all.the photo shows which items were not delivered and money spent a lot of money Read more

I didn't buy supermarket donuts because I want really fresh donuts. That was not the case with these donuts. The donuts tasted... stale at 12pm, like the were from the day before. So disappointing and the cashier wasn't nice. What a shame. Read more

I am able to get my latte done good on very seldom occasions, but on those other days my latte is done wrong and I?m told that... it is done right when I?m the one drinking it. If a customer says they don?t like the way something is made and wants it madeagain by someone different, it is your job to say okay no problem and let the next person do it. If I?m telling you I saw youput more than the amount I asked for and you tell me no you didn?t when I?m clearly watching you and it taste funny it?s yourjob to say sorry and fix it. I have worked in the food industry, so I know how things are supposed to be done and how things aresupposed to be said when it comes to a customer. I shouldn?t receive the attitudes that I get when all I?m asking is for you tomake it over because I don?t like it. Or if I?m telling you in no malicious manner that I?ve seen you put more than the amount Iasked for I shouldn?t receive an attitude and be told I?m wrong when I?m the customer and I was watching you. Instead it shouldbe an ?my apologies, I?ll fix it.? Even if a customer upsets you and is rude, which I can understand, you?re allowed to talkabout them but only when they leave. A customer shouldn?t hear you talk in a different language after they?ve asked you to fixsomething because it?s clear you?re talking about that person. Even so clear when it?s visible that you have an attitude. Youguys need to tell your staff that it?s unprofessional behavior. I shouldn?t be treated as such when I come in there on a regularbasis.
