The place was very dirty and there were flies on the donuts, when I told the lady she acted like it was ok
Was so excited to see a Dunkin Donuts in my old neighborhood. It looked so nice. Firstly waited almost ten min on line. Was... going to leave but decided to stay because I really loved Dunkin. Next when I went up to the cashier she took my order. Iordered a twisted bagel toasted with cream cheese. She then turned around with NO GLOVES did take a tissue paper and grabbed mybagel and left on the counter for the guy who was toasting and making the sandwich. He then as I watched in horror did havegloves on, but opened several draws which were under where he was standing and then went in the back room all the while stillwearing the gloves. He comes out and then starts to grab the food. I had asked him if he had changed his gloves before touchingthe food knowing full well he didn't and he looked at me with a blank stare and gave me a very nasty look like I had donesomething wrong!!! He then started taking off his gloves and then tells me in a nasty way now you will wait. He then starts towork super slow washing his hands and doing other things. That was the last straw. I asked for my money back and walked out.What a disappointment. Dunkin Donuts you should be doing better. Won't be back. Read more
Horrible service this guys then I?ll let you even use the bathroom when you clearly is a customer and paid them for the service.... There?s a girl that works behind the counter. She?s horrible if you guys wanna keep up as a business as you need to get rid ofthem. Read more
The coffee we ordered was not good, place was dirty, but the bagel and butter was good people were nice.
Dirty store. Garbage all over the floor
The lack of supplies is leading me to no longer use the mobile app & consider trying STARBUCKS . I've called on several times to... advise that when I use the mobile ordering I proceed to go for my drink and they seem out of my requested sweetener. Stuck toget something I really don't want and only way to get my refund is to call the customer service #. Read more

What a mess this place. Packed with kids hanging out, playing around SMH I would not go here again.
