They never have anything in stock that isn?t the basics in the mornings ever. I ask for butter pecan coffee they somehow are... missing the flavor an hour after they open. I ask for a brown sugar cold brew. They manage to also not have that an hour intoopening. I don?t personally make rude comments but with this location feels necessary. Recently Ive gone here and the customer service is... beyond me. I asked for a dozen chocolate munchkins and received a dozen chocolate donuts I hadn?t noticed the girl placed donutsin a bag! One whole bag all squished together! I had left for a minute to get my wallet and coming back I see my total is 20.She had also messed up my coffee order cod brew one sugar nothing else added. Her attitude on top of that! This the fist time I had such a rude customer service, I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts for years now and I never... encountered such a bad staff. Beside the point that they took my order wrong, they refuse to correct their mistake and I wastold that I had to pay for correct item. When I told them that it was their mistake and they need to correct it they said I haveto pay or leave. I hope the management is will be able to correct there?s stuff attitude or hire somebody else because theperson who was serving today in the evening it?s not supposed to work with people. Read more
I BELIEVE TODAY WAS MY LAST VISIT AT THIS LOCATION! DEAR MANAGEMENT! Please be aware that new employees that were recently... hired are top rudest I have ever seen across the USA. I stopped by this location a lot of times since I live nearby. They usedto messed up my orders so many times. They had forgotten to put right ingredients or they added what was asked to be NOT.However any time they did a mistake with my order,they apologized and remade a new one. So I kept coming there, we all arepeople, we might make a mistake. Today was just a horrible scene there. I am not sure about a full story, but they messed upanother customer drink. Lady nicely asked them either to replace or refund. She was super polite. But the employee by theregister, young man wasn't. He was extremely rude, impatient, impulsive, impolite and just nothing close how the customerservice representative should appear. He didn't listen. He was just stubborn and rude. He said to lady which was a customer tocome back next day. She said that their is no sense, she doesn't live nearby. She asked again of 2 options- refund or refill.She was talking to man for about 15 minutes. And he just turned his back on her. HEY PEOPLE, HOW ABOUT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYSRIGHT? Very nice staff. Coffee is made good never had a problem here, very neat and clean always.
This place has the best iced coffee! My order was "iced coffee with French vanilla swirl with milk and no sugar" hope you enjoy!
Great! Staff and workers are extremely nice aswell as the amazing food. Nice and cozy sitting area. Will recommend this place!
