I don?t personally make rude comments but with this location feels necessary. Recently Ive gone here and the customer service is... beyond me. I asked for a dozen chocolate munchkins and received a dozen chocolate donuts I hadn?t noticed the girl placed donutsin a bag! One whole bag all squished together! I had left for a minute to get my wallet and coming back I see my total is 20.She had also messed up my coffee order cod brew one sugar nothing else added. Her attitude on top of that! This the fist time I had such a rude customer service, I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts for years now and I never... encountered such a bad staff. Beside the point that they took my order wrong, they refuse to correct their mistake and I wastold that I had to pay for correct item. When I told them that it was their mistake and they need to correct it they said I haveto pay or leave. I hope the management is will be able to correct there?s stuff attitude or hire somebody else because theperson who was serving today in the evening it?s not supposed to work with people. Read more
