The store closes at 9 pm. Anytime I go after 6 pm they only have about 5 of the smae doughnut. I am not sure if they are told to... stop making doughnuts after a certain time. The coffee is good. Read more
Don't bother waiting on the line, order on the app you wait 10min online then wait 10 minutes for your food cause they are... gaureteed to mess it up while your waiting you will have 5 people who ordered on the app come in and take out there order in aminute. Read more
The staff here are absolutly fantastic.The speed of service is amazing. The food is fresh and hot when you order it. There is... pleanty of room to sit down. Take your time and have a great in store expriance. This is by far my all time favorite dunkin!!! Read more
Unprofessional staff. Do not know how to make coffee or take order . I know them the worker are not new but this not care in the... morning when no manager there. Bought coffee I am 100 % dislike. Try to drink but can?t no taste. Read more
4 years ago the customer service was good and the beverage was made with care. Now that there are new workers they make the... drinks disgusting, except for the the African American Muslim woman she?s very friendly and makes your drinks good etc. The slimguy with glasses, I don?t recommend him making your beverages. This guy made my drink on two different occasions; the first onewas when he made my middle ice coffee and he gave me hot coffee instead of cold. When I told him I didn?t order hot coffee, hepoured the hot coffee into the ice cup with ice. The second time the ice coffee was tasting old/ expired, it had a bad aftertaste. I told him can he make me a new one because it taste bad he started to get his attitude and he?s tone was really uncalledfor, he made the coffee again but it still was bad. They don?t change the ice coffee in the the container often, thats veryunsanitary and can cause health issues. This guy always approached certain situations with aggression and sarcasm. He arguedwith a DoorDasher, the DoorDasher was very calm and confused on where his hostile energy and tone was coming from in thissituation. Read more
Just a heads up this is an all KOSHER DD. Nothing wrong with that but just if you were looking for sweet sweet delicious bacon... you won?t be able to find it here. Read more
Nasty customer service do not order from them through Uber. They lie just because they do not want to deal with doing any extra... work no matter how much money you spend with them. Read more
