I frequent this location. Sometimes it is busy and the line can be long. Staff is friendly. My only issue would be the Baskin... Robbins "no taste" policy. I was shocked when I was told that I could not sample an ice cream flavor. They acted as though itwould be considered a theft and said it was not allowed because they are being watched. Baskin Robbins locations allow you totaste an ice cream flavor. I know the pandemic had haulted tasting, but it has resumed in most ice cream shops. I have tastedflavors recently in my neighborhood Baskin Robbins without a problem. I don't know why it is different at thislocation...honestly the ice creams look like they sit for a while. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE manager!!! Refused to give us the donut on our order and told us to give them more money in order to... get it. Started yelling at us and two other customers!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior coming from a chain restaurant??. Cameall the way to Dunkin today for our donut and didn?t receive it at all. Never coming back to this location and I woulddefinitely look into hiring new staff. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more

The morning staff are very friendly and very good at their jobs. This place gets extremely busy & the employees keep things... moving and do it with courtesy. I would absolutely visit again and I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts! Read more
