Workers are rude.none of them know how to serve or speak to customer. I don't even understand how the manager of the place hired... people who are having attitude problems and anger issues they don't know how to treat people. if you keep losing customers whatpaycheck are are they gonna have? instead of trying to solve the issue with customers, they speak in a language that I wasn'teven able to understand they were saying maybe they were cursing at me in their language who knows. The first time I was in thisplace I didn't even purchase what I order I walked out I'll never go back again. there are other Dunkin donuts on kings Hwaythat treat their customers better .terrible place terrible service terrible workers . Ordered Cappacino with almond milk because I'm lactose intolerant. Tasted the drink and it had milk. when I pointed it out to... the worker she started yelling at me and than demanded a dollar to remake the drink which she didn't believe she made wrong. Shealso refused to give me the donuts I ordered, which were also stale on a Sunday morning. Read more
