I literally order my ice matcha every morning here and each time there?s a MISTAKE ! I order a Large cup and get the medium... cup!! When I ask for less ice or sometimes no ice they give me an attitude and ended up with a cup full of ice (they NEVER SAYSORRY) and please how can you get an old donuts in the morning !? Isn?t supposed to be fresh!!? And can we talk about the stuff?? Stop for my morning ice coffee which was very good. I got a donut however which was very old and stale, it even smells moldy. I... kindly called the cashier aside and quietly told her about the donut and if she can exchange it for another. She said no, andrefuse to help me sort it out, i haven't even taken a bite and she just gave it to me like 60 sec. Nice Dunkin Donuts, only one table and 2 seats but comfortable. I had the chai latte (hot) and it was delicious! The lady who... took the order looked a bit aggravated but maybe that's just her facial expression. The man who made the latte was nice. Read more
