Got my order wrong. They corrected it but it was like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers.

Every time I come here there?s something is wrong with my order. This time around I had paper inside my sandwich which I didn?t... realize until I had already taken a bite. There is something very strange about the employees here and I can?t understand whywork somewhere that you?ll just be nasty and malicious to people. I didn't like service in this location I had to keep on repeating myself. It was not Crowded I order 6 Donuts an I had to tell... him to put it in a boxes. The only Dunkin donuts I like is at Dyker Heights at 13 ave Brooklyn NY. No very busy.. went there for basket Robbins. Worker was friendly and go my ice cream. However, ice cream was not very cold so... it was already melting once it was in the cup. Also not a lot of flavors. Read more
This place is hard to miss, due to it's location. Upon entering, ice cream counter is first and adjacent to it is good ole... Dunkin donuts. The store is clean, there is sufficient seating, the staff is helpful, respectfully, efficient and friendly. Ihad a great experience and expect you'll get similar treatment ???? on your visit. Terrible. I buy 50 munchkin the lady charged me the price for 2 boxes of 25, which is $10 each, totaling $20 instead of $15... for a box for 50. I don't know if they don't have large boxes or what, but why would you charge a customer more when you knowthey order 50. Instead of fixing the problem right there with the charge, they said come back next time and tell us you want50. Wow! Unbelievable. They just lost a long time customer. Read more
