This place is amazing, I came here yesterday and a few days ago, I order a few doughnuts and the staff gave me something extra.... Once I ordered 3 scoop of icecream, the staff gave me way over 6 scoops. Truly an amazing place. Read more
Basic Dunkin', experience is typical of chain stores. Customer service is hit and miss, depending on who's on shift. Sometimes... they're really nice, sometimes they look like they don't give a darn about anyone coming in. There's a decent selection of icecream and ice cream cakes, although not a big variety. Sometimes they run out of donuts and munchkins, which is a bummer. I canalways count on being able to grab a drink and a sandwich here, so that's great. It's very convenient for me to place a mobileorder through the Dunkin' app and it'll be ready for me to pick up in five to ten minutes, so I'm in and out in less than aminute, don't have to speak to anyone. Each time, my order has been complete, which is nice because some Dunkin' locations willleave things out, even on a small order of less than three items. I do get some occasional stomach issues from eating the foodsometimes, but it's not too bad. It could have been because the meat wasn't cooked thoroughly or it was left on the counter toolong.
