Very inconsistent with what you get. You can order the same drink everyday and get a different amount of espresso everyday. You... can literally watch as they pour espresso that's clearly been sitting there for a while into your drink. I understand trying tosave time but you cannot have espresso just sitting out getting old and stale a then put it in a drink. Not to mention they putthe syrup milk and ice into the cup first then put the espresso last so obviously if they miscalculated how much milk to put andput too much they won't be able to fit your full amount of espresso in the cup so that extra money you paid for an extra shotgoes down the drain. I'm pretty sure that's not the order the drink is meant to be made in. I'm going to start making sure toleave early enough to get to Starbucks instead, this is just nuts. If I'm going to spend $5-$7 in coffee each day I'd prefer toknow that I'm getting what I paid for. Update for 2022: decided I would give this place another chance and was about to orderuntil I saw the male employee making drinks and just coughing straight out without covering his mouth, no mask, no regard forhealth regulations. As soon as I walk in (7:13pm) the worker points to his ears to show he has headphones in. Upon him approaching the register, I... asked for an order of bacon avocado toast, he lets out the loudest sigh and says the kitchen is closed. On the door, it statesthat the store is open until 8pm. I ask when they close, he says 30 min (which means he originally planned to close 15 minearly) Regardless, you stop selling ?kitchen items? before 7:15pm? In addition, on multiple occasions in the past, the store hasclosed earlier than 8pm and I have had my order messed up more than once. This store is unreliable, and should either hirebetter employees or close its doors permanently. Read more

As an employee of Maimonides Hospital, everyone of my fellow coworkers frequent this Dunkin shop due to it`s proximity. We have... always had a quick service and generally a good experience, but the food quality can improve. Read more
It's a Dunkin, and you either run on Dunkin or you don't ????. As a small Dunkin in Bay Ridge, the staff here are always working... hard, no matter how big the line is. Order ahead works really well. Read more
Small Dunkin? Donuts place workers rushed me and the service was horrible also It?s so small that when you?re sitting down... people?s behinds are in your face or there right ontop of you but it?s because the layout is horrible!!! No bathroom? How do yoyou have seating and sell coffee and not have a public bathroom. The donuts were hard at 1030am they didn?t have anything forsale that They have on the shelves the stuff on the shelves is all dusty people are eating standing up. The only reason I?m hereis there?s no other place around here that sells donuts and coffee is cold don?t go there unless you have to!!! Read more
Dunkin Donuts is a great place to get coffee or soft drinks or their food that they serve it's fast food but it's good the one... by me I get a chocolate honey glazed donut and a coffee light 2 sugars sometimes if your a usual customer they get to know youthey know your order the Atmosphere is nice no one bothers you but once met a Vietnam Veteran we just conversated very nice guytold me what Vietnam was like what he told me it was very scary that was a while ago Sometimes meet friends and we order sitdown talk for hours till they ask us to leave it's a chain coffee shop the Donuts and food is good never had a problem with myorder there Read more
