It's a nice and clean Dunkin with friendly and efficient staff. If you like Dunkin or Baskin Robbins, it's a good location.
I placed my order saying "3 muchins and 3 donuts". The employee messed up my order with giving 1 muchin at first. When I got... my order and looked at the register, he punched in 5 munchins instead of 3. Instead of editing the order , he gave 2 extrawhich I didn't want at all because he was hurrying up the line. When paying it came to about $8. I gave 3 gift cards with $2each on them, and the total was $5. Hold up, the math doesn't add up. Reconfirming on all the cards, he finally applied the 3rdgift card. Although I paid for muchins I didn't want to get. Overall, this place incorrectly gets your order right and tries toget more money out of you. Read more
Staff can be indifferent at times. As the name infers, they sell donuts. However, there never seems to be an adequate amount in... stock or on display. Early afternoon I requested a Blueberry muffin. I was told they had no more. They are now providing indoorseating with the usual 20 minute time limit for food consumption. Unfortunately the bathroom is still off- limit. I wouldsuggest that some Staff attend "Customer Appreciation" classes. Read more
ALERT ??????????RUDE, ANGRY worker at Dunkin? Donuts???????????????????? I had one of the worst experiences at this location. A... young Arabic male, approximately 5?10 medium build, continued to mop the floor while I waited for him to take my order. When Icould not understand his heavy accent he became verbally abusive and loud. To make matters worse, he didn?t allow payingcustomers to use the bathroom. Ok, my hats off to the employees that work here. Today, not only did they have to deal with a broken air conditioner, but they... had to deal with me. Today I totally messed up, I thought I was owed extra food when I wasn't. They were very patient with me,remember no AC and it was in the 90's, and tried to explain my error. They weren't demeaning at all, although I'm probablysuffering from early dementia. So nice. Also, they have a parking lot, which is amazing for Bay Ridge. There's also a wellstocked Baskin Robbins on premises. While not the cleanest setting in the world because they're usually very busy, the employeeswere hard at work constantly cleaning. Read more
I have previously given a 2 star rating before. Hadn't been in a while but this past week I went again assuming that they must... have improved. As far as coffee goes, it has improved. It went from awful to okay. But I took away a star because I payed incash, and while at the register the woman who was about to hand me my change dropped some. Another coworker looked at her,laughed and said, "Don't worry about it, it's good luck." Afterword I stood there and waited to receive the rest of my changeand she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I was due $.68 but relieved $.61. Now, losing 7 cents won't hurtme, but, it was just how rude they were about it. It's a no from me. I won't be spending my money there again. Read more
Generally the donuts are fresh but sometimes sold stale after sundown. The large store is shared with Baskin Robbins and ... located near a subway terminal endpoint which consequently attracts vagrants. Their parking lot is also very large withentrances & exits on 4th and 5th Avenues which occasionally subjects it to speeding drivers taking shortcuts. Read more
I work for transit. I come here often. But today 11-13- 22 I was shocked at how this man who works here spoke to me when I told... him that the other young lady that served me gave me the wrong change. He was visibly upset when I ask for my correct change. Hewas mumbling under his breath in his Arabic language. He was clearly unprofessional. He asked me for a receipt that was nevergiven to me. The change was 29 cents. I'm not getting rich off of this. Anyway. My tea was prepared with no sugar. I asked forsugar in it when I ordered. I had to go back from my lunch break to get the sugar. It was busy. I waited patiently for well overten minutes. They both looked to be overwhelmed. The young lady handled it well. But young man again was throwing his hands inthe air as if to say, "why am I bothering him." Totally unprofessional. And he did this with the store full of customers.Instead of lashing out his frustration on me. For his lack of help. He should've called management to assist him. One lastpoint.
