I ordered my first gluten-free pizza from this Domino's. Cheese and mushroom with their normal tomato sauce. I had low... expectations, but it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Give this Domino's a shot. At least theirgluten-free crust. Read more
Don?t even waste your time trying to call the store because they NEVER answer!!!! I recently placed an order, which the delivery... man left in the lobby because he ?couldn?t come upstairs? (which is ironic because when I pay cash they can come to my door butanyways?), when I went downstairs to get my order I noticed that I was missing an item. I ordered one pizza and a brownie about four hours ago. Still waiting on my brownie. The driver gave me two order for two... completely different addresses. When I called back after being on hold, I was informed that my brownie should be here within thenext 20 minutes. I understand that people make mistakes but this store is negligent and disrespectful. They do not value theircustomer?s experience. You don?t have to kiss my tail but acknowledge that you?ll made a mistake, stop rushing people off thephone and/or not even answering the phone. I have never left a review in regards to any business ever, but after the service, or (better stated) LACK OF SERVICE, I feel... obliged to write about my experience with this particular Dominos. I always order Dominos but this was my first time orderingfrom this location, and I quickly regret that. I ordered over two hours ago online and the driver simply put that he deliveredmy order, without ever giving me a call or, more importantly, giving me my food. When I tried to call, I was on hold for over 30minutes. It was very clear that they were not going to pick up the phone after I called 3 times from several devices. Themanagement and lack of communication from this business is repulsive. DO NOT order from here unless you want to waste your timeand money. Read more
No lie I have no clue how this location is still in business, with the years of bad customer service this location has. Fire the... WHOLE staff including the general manager and try again or close it down.
