Literally waited more than 1.5 hour just for a large simple pizza and even after the wait the pizza was horrible. Customer... service was trash. It took 1 hour and 30 mins fornthe delivery guy to arrive at my location. He attempted to call only once, after returning the... call 6 times with no answer, decided to call the store itself and ask what happened to the order, and the person that answer thephone said the driver attemped to contact me and that phone had some issues. And when i told him i called back the driver back 6times and the order took 1.5 hrs to be done. He just said he already canceled the order?. No sympathy, no apologies. If thestore is corporate, train your staff better, if is a franchise, get your territory or district manager that over sees that storeto train the staff properly. Read more
Overall this place is mostly good and most of the time they do get the order right. The one thing they sometimes miss when they... rush is the garlic crust once the pizza finishes and yes it does make a difference in flavor. Read more
They were extremely rude yelled at me and even hung up on me.This place took my order cooked it and then were not able to... deliver the food they already cooked and had me waiting for an hour for. Worst delivery experience. Very rude driver, hung up on me while I was explaining where the entrance was (totally ignored... delivery instructions) and threatened to leave my food outside. Then refused to bring it up to my apartment. Never had a badexperience with dominos like this! Read more
The worst dominos period! The manager is rude & disrespectful! I placed an order. In the delivery instructions I specified that... I have a bad foot and can't walk down to get my delivery. Not to mention it's a contact less delivery. They wouldn't deliver itand the manager cancelled my order without my consent. I paid for the order and tipped the driver so they wasn't gonna be robbedor ripped off. FYI: This location twice has delivered to my doorstep! Shaking my head! This little Domino's spot was a life saver. Don't get me wrong. It's not like walking into a regular pizzeria. You order, get... your food and leave. That's it. No dining in. In this case, these guys saved me from a night with no dinner for the family. Iordered online from another location but for some reason my order wouldn't finalize. After trying to call the restaurant Idecided to drive there and find out what the problem was. To my surprise, they were closed ????. The store was listed as open onGoogle so I was confused. After some game planning, I decided to go to the nearest location from where I was parked. When I gotthere the mngr was not only able to have the other store delete my initial order, I was also able to place my online orderthrough my phone at the store.
