Absolutely terrible service I checked my pizza to find the instructions were not followed I ordered extra sausage and extra... pineapple toppings but received the regular amount. Customer service is the worst, pizza is either to hard or not fully cooked. Even management is bad, I placed a order and instead... of her telling me my payment was successful she just hung up the phone I wasn?t sure if I ordered my food or it didn?t gothrough I called back multiple times for someone to only tell me that the payment went through and then my pizza came in it wasextremely hard I made it work for the kids I was feeding that night but I?m ordering from that location again going forwardnever ordering from them on Pickin Avenue and Belmont again . I don't eat Domino's because the last few times the pizza was salty but this time it tasted great and fresh. I didn't really... like some of the workers not wearing gloves.The person that sprinkle the toppings and the dough person didn't have gloves on aswell. Had two pizzas from them thru app. One is chicken with banana peppers & another one is philly steaks with green peppers. Taste... good. Will go back for sure ???? Read more
They sent me Old food that was someone else's order. They put a different label over the other. They lost a Customer. Greasy... burnt bread with Cold pizza is what they sent me for $30. Absolutely outrageous, follow customers don't patronize business thatdon't care about the community or have employees who live in the community. This is completely unacceptable. Also to the driverYAS you need to watch how you speak to people. I personally had to tell him don't Yell at me when answering a question I asked.But everyone is not as patience as me...You could find yourself in a bad situation one day. The bbq chicken i bought wasnt completely sauced like the menu picture showed instead it was covered on top by a squirt bottle... and some pieces was dry. The pizza tho was fantastic. The guys who work the register need to know how to talk to people tho. Icame 10 minutes after the tracker said my order was ready and when I ask for it inside, the guy there gave me the wait fingerinstead of answering me when I asked if it was ready.. then they told me to wait another 10 minutes. Not only did they bring me the WRONG ORDER but it looked disgusting and BURNT! I order chicken alfredo thats all.. came with... mushrooms and some other stuff i didnt place in the Order. I ordered a handmade pan pizza with ham & pineapple toppings, and the pizza wasn?t even cut fully. They weren?t even slices, it... was just one big cheesy dough mess. I literally had to go back inside for them to recut it. I also got the Specialty BuffaloChicken, it wasn?t even room temperature when I picked it up.
