If I can give this location a NEGATIVE X I most definitely would.It took forever for my order to be delivered,the driver was... unprofessional and rude,he told me he was 1 min away and did not deliver my order.Then had the audacity to tell me over thephone he waited 10 mins which was a complete lie,he have other deliveries I can wait until he is finished or call the store fora refund.As I?m doing this review I?m still waiting on the phone to speak to someone & it?s 30 min so far no one hasanswered.This is exactly why some customers don?t tip these drivers because of of workers like this driver. Deserves ZERO stars! On Friday June 17th I placed an online order and sent someone to pick it up. They returned without the 2... drinks that were on the order, and since they had purchased drinks, I called to ask for a refund. I was told they are only thecall center and they would connect me to the store. After unsuccessful attempts, they took a message and assured me the storewill reach out. Three days later and I am still in the same predicament. After finally speaking to the someone in the store theyhung up on me. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. ONLINE. I received a extra burnt pizza with no chicken on it. Instead I received onions all... over the burnt pizza. Highly upset. I will never order from them again this was they third time . But tonight took the cake andoh yeah I'm still waiting 1:06 am now, ordered an hour ago. Sad you guys shouldn't be in the neighborhood. I'm completelyDONE!!!! The area is disgusting so the people working there don't really care. They aren't eating the food they put into theneighborhood. The reviews of this place are horrible and I get it because I've ordered from here several times before and have had some not... soo great experiences. I took a chance and gave it another shot because the kids wanted dominos. My order was amazing! The pizzacame piping hot and delicious. The delivery guy was very nice. The delivery time online was about 10-15 min off but it stillcame within a reasonable amount of time. I hate to say this but I have realized a difference in quality and professionalismdepending on who's working. When the Middle Eastern guys are on duty, it's spot on. I gave 4 stars despite how great my lastorder was because as I said, it's hit or miss depending on who's there. Read more
Would?ve given 5 stars but They don?t answer the phone and it took about an hour for the food to be delivered but by the time it... came the food was still very hot and all of it was delicious. Waited 2 hours for cold pizza. The hand tossed was overdone and was as flat as thin crust. The stuffed cheesy bread barely has... any cheese. The delivery wasn't even contactless like it is supposed to be. AVOID this place at all costs. Read more
