Meh is the best ways I'd describe it. No drinks list so the waiter determines how expensive a glass of wine you're drinking... based on your “vibe”(between 16-25 dollars a glass.) A wine pairing price with dinner would make more sense. Beyond thatyou reserve a table for dinner and unknowingly get sat in the "outside seating" which is muggy, dim and depending on your spotvery far from service. Wonky tables that aren't practical for dinner. The inside of the Actual restaurant is really rad albeitsmall. The food is just above par but not what you'd hope for from a small craft menu. If your going off vibes alone for adate night you’ll enjoy it but the food and price leaves much to the imagination. Read more

Great atmosphere and wine selection, although rather than have a menu like they've had previously, the wait staff helps you... select a wine based on your preferences. Read more

Lovely romantic spot in the neighborhood with delicious food and an impressive selection of Italian wines. I enjoy the spinning... wheel as opposed to an exhaustive wine list, clever idea. My only complaint is that several of the tasting bottles we were givenwhen trying to pick a red wine had turned, which put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). Read more

D'Antan is a cozy Italian neighborhood restaurant in Brooklyn. The interior decor is a throwback to a classic bygone era with... its antique ceiling fans, light fixtures, wood burning stove and wall tiles. The windows and some walls customer pictures, whichis a nice touch. The food is absolutely delicious! We started with the Stracciatella & Anchovies and the Grilled Octopus, bothwere excellent, especially the later. For the main course, we had the Ricotta Ravioli and the Gnocchi Cacio & Pepe. Both werecooked perfectly and the flavors were on point. For dessert, we had the delicious Almond Chocolate Cake and the Tiramisu. WhileI can't recall which wine we chose, it paired very well with our meals. Overall, the food and service were very good, but itshould be noted that some menu items are pricey by most standards. However, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more

The perfect date night spot, looks like an apartment with high ceilings converted into a restaurant. Love the open kitchen, the... warm lighting and glass windows makes it really picturesque especially at night. The burrata with truffle is not to be missed! We also enjoyed the lobster/squid ink tagliatelle and boar ragu. Custom wine pairings offered, on the more expensive side $14+per glass. Located in the quiet, residential Bergen St off Classon - so easy to miss! Outdoor tables available as well Read more
